How it works

Most AI budgets are lost before the first commit — on the wrong use case, on data that isn't there, on a pilot nobody scoped. The sprint exists to spend two weeks, not two quarters, finding that out.

You get a current-state assessment, three to five use cases ranked by return, a feasibility call on each, and a fixed quote for the one worth building. If the data isn't ready or AI isn't the right tool, the report says so and recommends what is.

Refund rule: if the sprint doesn't surface an opportunity with at least a 5× return on the build, you get the €1,500 back.

What you get

Four things land on your side.

Current-state assessment

Your systems, your data and how ready both are for a model in the loop — written down, with the gaps named.

3–5 ranked use cases

Each with an ROI projection, a feasibility verdict and the risk that would kill it.

Stack & cost estimate

Model, hosting and integration choices with running costs — so the number on the quote is the number you pay.

90-day roadmap + presentation

A two-hour session with the roadmap, the quote and the Q&A. You can take it to any engineer.

How it runs

Strategy Sprint, week by week.

Audit

Days 1–4: interviews, system access, a look at the real data.

Shortlist

Days 5–7: use cases ranked by return and feasibility.

Estimate

Days 8–11: stack, costs, a throwaway prototype where a question needs one.

Present

Day 12–14: the roadmap and a fixed quote for the build.

Questions

What people ask before they book.

How much will my AI product cost?
Most complete products land between €15K–€45K. The sprint (from €1,500) gives you an exact number for your case within two weeks — with no obligation to continue.
How do I know AI will actually work for my business?
You don't yet, and neither do I — that is what the data assessment is for. If the data isn't ready or a model isn't the right answer, the report says so and recommends a better approach. Six years of production engineering means there is always a version that ships, with or without AI.
